SEP Mac stops Sketch working?

I just got around this morning to installing Intercept X on one of our web designers' MacBook Pro. Within a few minutes, she reported having issues with Sketch. The SophosCryptoGuardLegacy process would be pegged to 65+% CPU and Sketch would just hang, if not perform really slow. If she closes Sketch, the process dies down and all is good. Fire up Sketch again, it comes straight back. I eventually had to uninstall Intercept as she was on a time-sensitive project.

The only alert I saw was a useless web protection alert from trying to get to a "proxy site", but nothing else. Is there anywhere I can specify to not scan this app, or not interfere with it?

If CryptoGuard is spiking then the program is creating/modifying protected file types and CG is trying to see if it is ransomware.

I would open a support case with an SDU of the issue happening and an SDU of it not happening. So the dev team can investigate.
