Can I override a Sophos' blocking of a website?

The page you pointed me to says, "In Settings, on the Website Management page, you can use a website list to:" I've looked and looked, and I can't find the Website Management page. Where is it?

It's under global settings.

I'm sorry to be so dense, but I can't find Global Settings. This page says Central Admin, so where's the Global Settings tab?
