How to setup time period of Log

HI, 

I am aware of that downloaded log file is only for about half minutes.  could you give advice if we could setup the period  for the log?

What is maximum time for the log fine?

    Hello Lui,

    Please provide more context about you question:

    - Which Log file are you talking about?

    - Could you please clarify about "half minute" as there are no settings regarding that. 

    Generally speaking each component has normal and verbose logging setting, but there are no way to setup how long you gather the logging for. Verbose settings are only used when instructed by Support during troubleshooting.
