Hola presento una dificultad con la activación de una gran cantidad de licencia la cual mas de la mitad se registro pero el resto la consola no me la activa quisiera saber por que pasa y si hay un solución inmediata.

Thank you for reaching us, May we know if you're managing them via Sophos Central (cloud base) or Enterprise Console (on-prem). are all machines have their own internet connectivity or you're using update cache/message relays to manage them for an update?

from those machines that are having updating problems can you please perform force update and collect Updating logs which can be found on C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\logs\SophosUpdate.logs
