Failed to install sau: general error. [was: Decode errors]

Hi,
Can anybody tell me how to decode this error and how to fix it? The errors is seen under a user in Sophos Central, but there is no way to expand nor any guide on how to fix. The message is:
Failed to install sau: general error.

Hello Jesper,

as you mentioned Sophos Central I've move your post here (and edited the subject).

I'm not using Central but sau is Sophos AutoUpdate, the install failed but no specific error was returned. AFAIK this message applies to a certain Device.
The AutoUpdate logs (in particular the install log) should provide more information.
