Reintall Sophos Endpoint Agent

I have to reinstall Sophos Endpoint Agent in one computer, but I don't have the admin password to disable Tamper Protection as the computer isn't in Sophos Central. I've tried to change the regedit values but It gives error and de Sophos Anti Virus service is not present.

Can you help me?

I.e. you have booted into safe mode? to change the registry keys?

I'm not sure why the SAVService is of relevance to removal?

Once you have renamed sophosed.sys and have sedenabled set to 0, you should be able to run sophoszap.exe

I have booted into safe mode, but I was unable to change the regestry keys. It gives me the error "It is not possible to edit (Value name). Error writing new value content".

Did you use the exact method as described in the article? I.e. Go to Settings, Update & Security, Recovery under Advanced start-up click Restart now.

On Choose an option, click Troubleshoot, then click Advanced options and Command Prompt.
