Disable Tamper Protection in Expired License on Console

We migrated to Sophos Central this few days. We are now on deployment process of the Central, unfortunately manual disable of Tamper Protection is delaying it. Is there a way to open Sophos Enterprise Console with expired license so that we can disable on Policy?

  • Hi,

You can try reaching your TAM and ask if they can help you extend your Enterprise console license for at least a day or two for you to proceed on disabling tamper protection on your endpoint. If granting you an extension is not possible, you may need to manually disable tamper protection one by one for each device by following this Article
