Developer apps blocked from installing

I am a software developer with dozens of software (Windows) apps and I just discovered that Sophos blocks all of them from being installed on my clients'/customers' PCs.  It really has gotten to the point where anti-virus programs are useless.  Instead of doing their job and identifying real threats, they just respond in a paranoid fashion by blocking everything.  They have no clue whether a EXE is harmful or not. They just block them outright, even though they are signed with a security certificate.

What magic hoops do I have to jump through to get Sophos to stop blocking the installation of my apps?

    Hi, 

    I would encourage you to submit a sample submission through our sample submission portal. Ensure to capture and share all necessary details like file type, path location of the application, a snapshot of the detection that you are getting. Once collected, ZIP the said application and upload it to the shred portal in order for our lab's team to check its reputation. Include in your description the function of the said application to justify that this is legitimate which is being falsely detected.
