The "actions" section no long appears for me. I am unable to acknowledge alerts. It is missing in both the Alerts tab (when using the arrow to expand details), and in the Status section of any device. It has been missing for at least a month; we checked for internal issues, first. This is in Chrome, the same browser everyone else uses, and they all have the option. My permissions are the same as theirs, as well. I have noticed that sometimes the 'acknowledge' will appear, but is greyed out (this is directly under the tab for alert severity).
In addition, I am unable to log a ticket via the Admin Console, and when I go to support and attempt to "Login" I am redirected, to an error page, with no option to even enter credentials (it appears to be trying to automatically log me in, like the Community page did). This is making it impossible to do my job.
