Questions about Intrusion Prevention on Intercept X for servers

Hello everyone, 
 
 According to this article regarding Microsoft CVE-2020-1472 vulnerability, it says that for Endpoint and Server IPS: 
 
 "These products are currently in Early Access. 
 
 IPS signatures were published on September 17, 2020 
 SIDs are 2303764, 2303765, 2303768, 2303769"

I have two questions about this: 
 
 1. Since this information was published on 18 sep 2020, i'd like to know if this signatures are no longer in EAP and have been integrated to the whole product. 
 
 2. We have some Servers with Intercept X Advanced license (not EDR) is IPS covered with this license? I know its quite a while since this CVE was published, but I'd like to know if with this license IPS works for brand new published vulnerabilities.

Endpoint IPS is part of the standard endpoint license. However, the product still hasn't been generally released - you need to enroll in the EAP for it.
