Hi Community, 

Some customers are intermittently unable to log in to Central Admin (EU-Central region). If your account is affected, please try to log in again at a later time. Please check below Knowledgebase article for updates on this issue.

Central Dashboard, Enterprise Dashboard, Self Service portal - for accounts that reside in EU-Central region
