Sophos Engineering is aware of a display issue seen when first logging into Sophos Central Dashboard via MFA (multi-factor authentication).
The left menu pane will show, and the right window will be blank initially.
Until this is resolved, customers should either select any of the navigation links on the left side or refresh the web page after initially logging in.

Some customers will see a partially blank screen when logging into Central Dashboard until they select a link or refresh the page.
Jan 13th 2021 - Sophos Engineering is aware of this issue and currently investigating a solution.
Customers should either refresh the webpage or select any of the navigation links on the left-hand side after the initial login.
