Hello Group,
We recently rebuilt our Solarwinds application servers, and our Orion server which hosts the Solarwinds website using Microsoft IIS as the platform, keeps shutting down after enabling lockdown in Sophos Endpoint. The other non-website servers have no services that stop, but the orion server has the website shut down randomly. Removing the lockdown seems to resolve the issue.
Any thoughts on non-standard exceptions for Sophos that would prevent this from happening?
Thanks in advance for suggestions,
Ken
Hi There,
Was there a certain application/file/process being called while launching the website? Was this being excluded already to your lockdown Policy?
Well, everything worked fine before hitting 'lockdown' so I'm unclear why any additional exceptions would have to be added.. that is my point, has anyone experienced any 'new' failures after executing lockdown on their Orion environment and what did you do to overcome them?
