Email notification - Endpoint not up to date

Good day,

I'm searching for a possiblity to get an email notification (to administrator account) when a sophos client is not updated since a specifc period of time.
E.g. Email: Client NB-01 is out of date since 14 days.

Is that possiblity given? Can't find any option for that yet and still checking by taking a look into the dashboard.

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    You can generate a custom report using the Event Report in Central. In the Product Updates category, there are several options that you can use to display endpoint update behavior: 

    • Computer or server out of date (0)
    • Update succeeded (31)
    • Update failed (2)

    Email Alerts can be configured by the severity of alerts triggered as mentioned here
