Problems with the proxy Bypass Configuration for Sophos Endpoint Protection and Citrix Workspace

we bought Sophos Endpoint Protection recently and now i'm installing it at every Client PC there is at our Company.

The first Problem for me to solve was that the Agent is only installable when i put the proxy configuration we're using in the following path:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64 with netsh winhttp set proxy

Now that i'm installing it at various Clients there is problem:

When i set the Proxy Settings as above, our Citrix Workspace doesn't work anymore. But there seems to be no other way to install the Endpoint Software.

The Proxy-Configuration is set on Sophos Central in the Global Settings as well. But that seems like it has no effect.

Is it just the install that's an issue? Rather than globally configuring WinHTTP with a proxy for 32-bit processes, does it work if you specific the proxy on the command line: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000036839?language=en_US just for the install?

  The installation of the Endpoint Software is one issue - it doesnt work because the installer has to load its files from the Sophos Server and that's why we need to specify the proxy settings at SysWOW64.
  
  If there's some other way to give the installation process the information about the proxy rather than setting it in that path i mentioned above, the problem would be solved.
