Intercept x with EDR

Hello everyone,

I've just used the Trial version of Intercept X with EDR. But when i tried to Download the Endpoint Installer for Windows it seems like there is something worng as you can see in the Picture.

Please any help.?

  • If you hit F12 to open the Dev tools of the browser. In the Networking view, when you click on the download link, you presumably see the request to download the SophosSetup.exe file.  In the headers, you can see the requested url.  I believe the installer link isn't even authenticated so you could try using that URL on another computer, network, etc.. Trying using the Powershell invoke-webrequest cmdlet, e.g.

    wget [url] -outfile C:\sophossetup.exe

    etc..

    Otherwise, I think I would try signing up again with a different email and see if that works.  Maybe something went wrong with the provisioning of the account? Very odd.
