Intercept x with EDR

If you hit F12 to open the Dev tools of the browser. In the Networking view, when you click on the download link, you presumably see the request to download the SophosSetup.exe file.  In the headers, you can see the requested url.  I believe the installer link isn't even authenticated so you could try using that URL on another computer, network, etc.. Trying using the Powershell invoke-webrequest cmdlet, e.g.

wget [url] -outfile C:\sophossetup.exe

etc..

Otherwise, I think I would try signing up again with a different email and see if that works.  Maybe something went wrong with the provisioning of the account? Very odd.

You are logged in as Read Only. Maybe this cause your issue? 

Yes exactly..but what i can do to log normal as administrator..??

You need to speak to your administrator. There is something called SuperAdministrator and Admin within Central.

You can verify, who this person is, by looking at "People". 

Okay i found that demoadmin@sophos.com but if i want to use that it needs a password to login as a demo Admin.

Ah, you are using our own Demo Account. This is not possible :) 

This demo account is to view the console and have a look&feel of the console.

If you want to perform a PoC or test the endpoint software, you need to create your own account.

Because when i try to creat my own account they gave me this credentials : Username ; demo@sophos.com pwd : Demo@sophos.com
