No internet access on GSM connection

On my laptop, with Windows 10 1903 I have a GSM modem Ericsson H5321. When the Prevent malicious network traffic with packet inspection option is enabled, the connection to the GSM network is active but has the status No internet access. When connected via a wifi or LAN network everything works fine.

Connect via GMS modem works only after disabling the Prevent malicious option in Threat Protection policy.
