With SOPHOS endpoint installed on an Intel-based Mac running macOS 11.2.3 - You cannot browse or access online service, use VPN with any stability, use WebEx with telephony, use MS Teams with any stability, and pretty much cannot use your computer.
On my 2019 MacBook Pro, un-installing restored all of my Mac's capabilities.
All PPPC security settings are configured as per SOPHOS "documentation"
Hi Matthew, sorry to hear you've having so much trouble with the software. We're aware of issues with some VPN software and are working diligently to improve the situation but the other issues you're having sound like we should investigate. As this software is GA now, please open a case with Support and they'll help you through troubleshooting and information gathering.
