We have the same problem as this post:
However the verified answer doesn't apply as in we don't see the suggested options. In the first place, the answer does not say what needs to be allowed, is just says "Allow Both", without any reference. When we click Advanced it only shows lock screen and another option ,nothing related to allow access to any of the services.
How can we solve this issue?
