Sophos EAP 10.0.2 is not compatible with Google Drive File Stream on Big Sur

This is a big priority to release - I wasted many hours trying to get this to work, and now I'm running without the endpoint at all.

I tried the file exclusions and that didn't help. Do you mean to turn off the slider that says: Stops ransomware from encrypting your files.?

Thanks! This is now working - although the Sophos icon is orange, and says "Ransomware Protection Disabled", but this is better than not running at all.  Do you have any idea how Big Sur 11.2 will affect this - i.e. break things again, or possibly fix them?

Hi Jonathan, we don't expect Big Sur 11.2 to have any affect on this issue. I assure you however, that we are addressing this in-house and will have a fix for our GA release.
