Updating Actual License Count

We are currently over our license count for Native Device Encryption. We have several machines that are no longer active and cannot fire up to remove Sophos. We have deleted several machines that should have us under the used license count, but the Used Licenses count for Native Device Encryption remains the same after clicking Recount Used Licenses. The Used Licenses Count for Device Encryption was reduced by the number of deleted machines. How can we get the Used Licenses count for Native Device Encryption reflect to number of deleted machines?

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community.

Do you know if the following KBA has been used to query the database for the devices in question?
- What to do when your license is exceeded and SafeGuard Enterprise server no longer distribute policies to your clients

If the devices are being synchronized from Active Directory, is it possible for you to try removing them from AD to see if this frees up the licenses?

I removed 31 computers from AD. The computers were removed from Sophos after syncing with AD, but the Native Device Encryption license count remained the same.
