Safeguard Management Console: Directory already being synchronized

Hello,
I have a problem with the Safeguard management console (V8.10.0.323). When I try to synchronize the DSN directory, I get a message that the directory is already being synchronized by another user, except that the user in question is no longer logged in.

A server restart does not solve the problem.

Has anyone found and solved this problem?

I finally figured out how to solve my problem. In the menu bar, click on Tools then Option. Then in the "Directory" tab there is a button to reset the import indicator.

Is the scheduled task doing the sync already perhaps?

I just checked but there are no scheduled tasks.

Was the second thing to check! It’s worth checking the permissions for the account that syncs AD, as I’ve seen the database lock being applied when there’s too many failures or too many changes too!
