For Device Encryption I am facing an issue after updating the os to BigSur11. Even if I followed the kb

and no other sophos product installed as per above kb when I turn on my pc i get a pop up message of There is needed to assign complete access to the disk for sophos
I gave disk permission as requested but still happening...one of my colleagues tested the same environment on a virtual machine but he did not receive any error.
On the client there was alert with a kb https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000036924?language=en_US#Test
might be an admin or policy issue?
In the endpoint client Self Help Tab the System Information version points at 10.0.1 so BigSur has not been updated?
