Adding devices to the White List policies on Sophos SafeGuard Management Center

Question

Hi all, 
 I am trying to add additional devices to our White List, but when I add and save, it then vanishes. 
 Any ideas?

You used to be able to email support@ but sadly they stopped that. I was told with a premium support package (which we have) we would have a dedicated support channel too but.... 
 The best thing to do is log a ticket here...
