Cyberoam Subscription Expiring

Hi,

I have a cyberoam appliance (cr50ing) with nearing expiration of subscription. Will I still be able to use basic network function (routing, firewall rules, etc.) of the device after expiration date?

  • Hello Em,

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

If the licenses for your subscription-based modules are expiring, you’ll still be able to use the basic network functions such as routing and firewall rules. The Cyberoam device will retain a "Base Subscription" indefinitely to allow this.

With that being said, the Cyberoam devices are past their end-of-life date, so we'd recommend moving to a Sophos Firewall such as the XG or XGS instead.
