Not sure if anyone can help with this.
I have a client with a cyberoam CR35ing and its been working fine for years. Just lately though they are unable to access a website from behind the cyberoam. No other websites are affected, just this one. The website is accessible from anywhere else (it does take a while to load) but just times out when behind the cyberoam. You can ping the website and and it resolves correctly but just wont load. I have lowered the MTU on the internet link in the Cyberoam from 1500 to 1468 but still the same (I'M not sure how much lower i can go - is it ok to just keep lowering it). There are no website restricions in place and I can't see it getting blocked in the logs so I am not sure why its not loading. I am a bit stumped as to why this is happening so was hoping to get a bit of a guidance on how to troubleshoot. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated
