Very slow download speed

Hi all!

We have a CR25iNG (10.6.6 MR-3) with around 30 PCs connected.

Since a few months we experienced very slow download speeds, around 10-17 KB/s.

We have two internet connections (main: 25/5 MB, backup: 6/2 MB). In both connections the download speed is the same for the problematic sites if we are connected to the UTM. If I connect my PC direct to the ISPs the download speed is normal. For this reason, we suggest that the problem is not in the ISPs, but in the UTM.

The speed of the LAN es optimal.

The system graphs of CPU/Memory usage in the Cyberoam show that the hardware is not over demanded. (CPU less than 5%, RAM less than 25%).

What can I do for improve our downloads?
