Problem with WEB Filter and HTTPS Navigation on 10.6.6 MR-1

Hi all,

I have two CR300iNG with 10.6.6 MR-1 in HA configuration and in 6 years I have never had problems. Since I have installed this version, about 30 days ago, I have the following problem: if I have WEB Filter enabled (also Allow All), on a navigation Firewall Rule (LAN -> WAN), I encounter problem with HTTPS navigation.

For example, if I try to download a file from HTTPS URL (for test I'm trying Debian ISOs), the download start and after a while it stops without any reason.

If I disable WEB Filter on the Firewall Rule, I have no problem.

I already have contacted the support but until now I have not received valid answers.

In addition, I have the SAME problem on another installation of two CR100iNG in another Data Center.

On the Testing Firewall Rule, I have no AV & AS Scanning, No IPS, and also DoS protection disabled.

I think this is a Bug of this release, but I want to ask if someone of you have seen the same problem.

Good morning, today also the same problem happens to me. I removed the Web policy and it works correctly. When I place it, it does not work for me https://portal.office.com.

Hi have contacted via chat the Cyberoam Customer Support: https://www.cyberoam.com/customersupport.html

They have told me that there was an issue with current firmware. With help of GES team they have applied a patch that solved the problem.
The permanent solution will be available on next firmware release.

Now it seems the problem is solved.
