captive portal stopped working

I have a problem with SOPHOS XG Home edition

everything was working fine but suddenly captive portal stopped showing and everyone can now access my internet.

and I can't even add a password on the wifi to prevent anyone from getting to my internet. so I shut down everything until I get some help

Have you recently created any firewall rule from LAN-WAN without authentication enabled on the firewall rule?

You can check with packet flow under packet capture by navigating to MONITOR & ANALYZE-->Diagnostics-->Packet Capture will help you to identify the rule.

  I tried that but it's not activating it's set to Off and every time I open it it close again

  where is the license portal? I cant find it, and in my Sophos screen it says all expired
