Hello everyone,
We currently have a network managed by a Mikrotik Captive Portal with FreeRADIUS handling user authentication and access control. Recently, we added a Sophos XGS Firewall to the setup. However, we want to keep Mikrotik as the Captive Portal because it provides certain features that are not available in the Sophos Captive Portal.
We've successfully configured the setup, but now we want to enable Radius SSO on Sophos to track and account for each user's network activities. The issue we're facing is that the Sophos Firewall is not sending any Accounting requests to FreeRADIUS, even though the Radius SSO feature should be handling this.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
