NUTM-10315 - Let's Encrypt can't be enabled after upgrade from 9.5 (/etc/ssl/certs not accessible)

When applying the update from 9.5 MR8 to 9.6 Beta1, enabling Let's Encrypt fails with the following error message: "The previous attempt to enable Let's Encrypt failed: Failed to retrieve the current Terms of Service link."

Workaround: Adjust the permissions of /etc/ssl/certs with the following shell command and retry enabling Let's Encrypt.

chmod 0755 /etc/ssl/certs
