Disable Firewall

I wonder how simply disable the firewall on my Sophos UTM 9 Home Edition, because I only need the reports of Internet access and nothing more, and the firewall is blocking important services on my network.

    You have bought the wrong toy for your requirements.

    By default the UTM blocks all traffic in and out, but nothing on your network.

    If you turn the firewall off you won't get any reports of any value.

    Now you haven't spelt out what reports you want and what other protection you have in place.

    The UTM can provide reports on web access, but you need to turn on the http proxy.
    Enable web proxy in transparent mode -> allow internal networks.

    The UTM can provide reports on other protocols, but you need a filter in place with NAT rules.

    firewall rule
    internal ->any port -> any destination -> allow -> enable logging.

    NAT MASQ
    internal network to external interface

    That will get you reasonable protection and reporting, but you will need to configure reports in the reporting tab unless you just want to look at logs.

    Got to Network Protection -> Firewall.
    Create a New Rule at Position "Top"
    Put the Network Object "Internal (Network)" into the Source field (drag & drop) and "Any" into Destination.
    Then drop the Service Definition "Any" into the Service field.
    Activate the Logging.
    Save the rule and enable it via Click in the red symbol, so it turns green.
