Magicjack Problems

I have a MagicJack IP phone device on my network and it is not working with the Astaro in place. I was able to use th eMAgicJack previously. I have reviewed the Packet Filter logs and see suessful outbound TPC and UDP connections but nothing else. I even set a rul to allow all source, destinations and services with logging and saw nothing else of interest. Are there any other things which I need to do in order for this to work?

    Whenever things change unexpectedly, try temporarily disabling Intrusion Prevention.  If that resolves the problem, look in the Intrusion Prevention log to see which rule you should change to alert only.
