36771 EXPLOIT-KIT Angler exploit kit viewforum uri request attempt numerous false positives

The rule 36771 simply matches any URL in the form "/viewforum.php?f=XX&sid=YYYYYYY" and therefore will be triggered by many PHPBB installation.
