Find attached a reverse authentication template in Exchange 2013 style that can be used with UTM 9 to publish Outlook WebApp.
I've modified the original version for Microsoft TMG found here, so that it works with UTM 9. I removed several features that UTM doesn't support (yet?), such as change password, public/private computer and OWA light version selection.
The template is responsive, so it works with mobile devices also. All labels and text are in Dutch, but feel free to modify them.
One thing I don't know if it's even possible is to add some kind of error message when the user enters a wrong username and/or password. The default UTM template doesn't provide this, so I'm not sure if this is even possible.
