I have a Astaro v8.309 web filter setup for transparent proxy (standard proxy caused one of the customers websites to not work correctly). In general 99% of the sites they visit work fine but two sites will not load through the proxy, oprah.com and ncaa.com. Both start to load, usually they get the web page title, but it never finishes. Its just keeps spinning and "loading" but it never times out. I have tried adding all known hosts (i.turner.ncaa.com, NCAA.com, Oprah Winfrey's Official Website - Live Your Best Life - Oprah.com, myown.oprah.com, etc) to a DNS host group and then adding that to the "Transparent mode skiplist" but that didn't make a difference. I then added a couple of the PC's on the network to to skiplist and that also didn't work. Then trying to get something to work I added the internal network to the skiplist and needless to say that worked but it also stopped all the rules from working which isn't the answer.
A) Why do some sites not work through the transparent proxy?
B) How do I get these site to work?
