AT&T Connect

Within the last week or so, I can no longer connect to my teleconferencing bridge AT&T Connect. 

here is what I see in the IPS logs...

My address is the 10 address and I should note that I am in the exceptions list. 

I am not really sure what to make of it or where to start looking. I will also note that if I connect to a hot spot (verizon) it connects fine.
