How to test if Intercept X is working ?

Hi , We deployed Intercept X in several machines at a client site and He wanted that we show him a live demo of intercept x stopping a ransomware Is there any way we could perform this test ? Thanks

There are a few test sites/files out there, I would do it on a separate test machine though to be safe-
