SWITCH documentation - password is on sticker on back of unit.

Sophos support is still telling us to block QUIC protocol by default because Sophos can't deal with it. The protocol is no longer experiential since March of 2021 and a large portion of sites are moving to adopt it. Sophos needs to have it's engineers...
