Thank you for reaching out to the community, Sophos Firewall supports the configuration of DHCP options, as defined in RFC 2132. DHCP options allow you to specify additional DHCP parameters in the form of pre-defined, vendor-specific information stored in the options field of a DHCP message. When the DHCP message is sent to clients on the network, it provides vendor-specific configuration and service information. Appendix A provides a list of DHCP options by RFC-assigned option number. Please refer Configure DHCP boot options.

The client is getting stuck here.. 

The config should be really straightforward

I havent found the way to tell the firewall where the tftp server is...

Can you share the output from the console option (On the CLI, select option 4.)
console> system dhcp dhcp-options binding show dhcpname GuestAccess_DHCP

With client (IP 192.168.1.200) and PXE-/NetBootServer (192.168.1.11) within the same Subnet, the Firewall is not involved in traffic.

Only DHCP-Packets may come from Firewall. Do you try another DHCP-Server (TFTPD32 for example)?

NetworkBoot is often tricky. I usually have to try out the different options.

Sure your Boot-server is running correctly? A few logs?

PS: you should use the full path for the boot-file ... but depends on boot-server ... and should be visible within boot-servers-logfile

Ive tested the TFTP server from a pfsense and it worked just fine
