How can user change password in User Portal

Some users use only the user portal to reach shared documents with the SMB bookmark

But how can this users change there password ?

If they go to the userportal they get : "Change password" feature is not applicable .

How to setup ???

    Password changes through the User Portal only work when authentication is through the Sophos Firewall local database. If an external server (AD/RADIUS/LDAP/eDirectory/TACACS+) is used for authentication, administrators or end-users will not be able to change their passwords through the User Portal.
