I am trying to enable self service settings in In Sophos Central Email Gateway . The site is just clocking. Anyone else
experiencing this issue. We tried to login using different accounts and computers same issue? We have multiple clients same thing ...Anyone else experiencing this

I just tried to replicate this issue with my LAB account that is in us-west-2 region and I am not experiencing this issue.
Could you please check the region of your central account?

Hey guys, It looks like this is happening only when you try to access it from the partner portal.
It was on the EastCoast region. Logging in directly to the account works fine.

If you can reproduce this, you should open a Support Case with the exact steps to reproduce, so DEV can pickup this issue.

Just to add there is an internal ID with this issue that is being investigated at the moment XGE-16217.
There seems to be a workaround where you can click the "Dropdown" menu for the admin account it removes the spinning wheel and should let you enable the settings.
Do you happen to have a Case ID already? If you have one please email the engineer working currently on the case and reference this Community thread.
This issue has been going on for a while already, the drop down from admin does help.
