Xbox displaying error message 'Can't get a Teredo IP address '

I need some help with connecting my xbox to the internet, its displaying the error message 'Couldn't find teredo IP address'. I'm using Sophos UTM 9 and dont have much knowlesdge about it so any help would be appreciated :)

    Hello Ahmad,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Please check the device has an IP

    Then check that you have a Firewall rule allowing the traffic for this device. (Network Protection >> Firewall)

    If you’re using Web Protection (Web Protection) create an exception for the Private IP of the Xbox by going to Web Protection >> Filtering Options >> Misc, scroll down to Transparent Mode Skiplist and under Skip Transparent Mode Source, enter the Private IP of the Xbox.
