error link error in dashboard

the problem is that in the dashboard shows me the error with the interface wan stable internet connection but we have already checked ISP and that donot removes error alterta

We update the firnware equal to 9.4 and

attach capture error

not resolved comment that is solved if I remove the uplink balance the error is removed but the problem is q I have two internet links and always this message

I have seen this caused by a failure of the two NICs to auto-negotiate. On both eth1 and the NIC in the ISPs device to which eth1 is connected, configure fixed settings of 100Mbps/Full Duplex. If the issue isn't immediately resolved, try 100Mbps/Half Duplex. Any luck with that?

and these settings were made utm interfaces and the problem persists and is updated to 9,404 the firnware

Did you also set the ISP's device to the same fixed speed/duplex setting?

If you have the problem I've seen, you must make the fixed settings in both places to resolve it.
