googledrive is using HTTPS, so if you are not using decrypt and scan, firewall will not intercept the https connection and scan the traffic.

are you using real-time or batch malware scanning mode (from web > protection > malware scanning) ?
Is the file zipped, protected with a password?

I am pretty sure you cannot download a virus file unless it's compressed and encrypted. Also, check if Sandstorm is enabled?

Because of the Google drive is SSL encrypted and sharing files would be unknown format (may be compressed).
So that it is difficult to scan and detect the malware file from Google drive. Is that right?

These are safe files, in HTTP and HTTP, normal and zip.
.R00 is a multi-part archive. Are you sure these is a valid virus in this part?
