Cannot find web domains in reporting

Hello, 
 
 What I am trying to do 
 I am trying to get a report of web usage using XG Firewall. This report needs to include mainly the Links accessed and Bytes transmitted. 
 
 What I did 
 I did manage to get a report through Traffic Dashboard | Applications. But this does not have the Link of the application. 
 I also tried Traffic Dashboards | Web Domains and Custom | Web Surfing Repor t. They both turned up empty (screenshot below) 
 
 1. Any idea why web domains I access are not getting recorded? 
 2. How Do I get a report with web domain links my users access?

 Could you share the firewall rules and the policy applied to that rule , also you may check if the log settings is appropriate .
