SFOS 21.0.0, SSL VPN and Sophos Connect Client: Infinite waiting in Client when login creditials are incorrect

Hello Everybody,

my colleagues and I we're all quite new to SFOS, having used UTM9 systems in the past. The XGS 2100/SFOS 21 system that we will be using in the future is now mainly up and running but there's still an issue with the SSL VPNs that we intend to use for the home office and on the road users in the future.

My impression is that everything works fine as long as the credentials for the login are being entered correctly in the Connect Client. But if credentials are incorrect because of some reason, the Connect Client waits indefinitely long (say, one hour or so) before we get an error message. So, the client system is either unusable for a full hour or it has to be rebooted.

Is there anything e can do to get an "in time" reaction in the case of misspelled or otherwise incorrect user credentials?
