I'm monitoring reports of disappearing Connect Profiles here for a while but this was only very rarely happening for us.
Now we're renaming many AD users and we've noticed that many but not all of these users now face this issue.
With the old username the profile exists. After they are renamed and they rebooted their Computer, the Connect client is empty.
The userprofile on the computer remains unchanged.
In the C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Connect\protected folders there are still some files.
Sophos-Connect-Version: 2.3.2.0927
Any suggestion how to avoid this situation for renamed users?
In the log I can see "dbg Disabling connections on user change"
