Version 20.02 of Sophos XG for XG 116 with high RAM usage

"After the 20.02 update, all XG 116 firewalls started excessively consuming RAM usage, even in environments with low traffic and queries. I have already opened a ticket with Sophos, but they don't have a solution for this. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?"

  Yes, and I have already contacted support (using the number for Brazil), but I always receive the same generic response: that it will be forwarded to global support and no further information is available. This version 20.02, along with the SSD update, has caused a lot of performance issues in Sophos models.
