Hello Sophos community,
we migrated our Edge-Firewall from Sophos UTM to Sophos XGS-Series with SFOS OS.
After that we observed that client laptops connected via Sophos VPN-Client (OpenVPN (SSL - TCP)) have a high data consumption
We tested the behaviour with a test client in our office connected to a external WLAN. no updates were activated or no user actions were taken on this laptop (standby)
At 09 o' clock we saw that the client pc produced 7.36 GB traffic.
After 6 hours the laptop produced 21 GB
after one day the laptop produced 33 GB (!)...
Has anyone discovered something similar?
We don't tunnel all the vpn traffic to the head office (split tunneling) and uses the client local breakout for none Head-Office-LAN specific traffic.
